Self-hosted agentic-AI daemon, running on hardware I own and administer. Asyncio agent kernel with a process table and multilevel-feedback-queue scheduling, 68 plugins discovered at boot across 136 intents, and iMessage plus tailnet web transports. Deny-by-default tool permissions, token auth and spend caps break the lethal trifecta: no path runs from untrusted input to private data to an outbound call.

A hybrid two-provider brain: Kimi K3 writes, while every action that touches the machine stays on a locked-down Claude tool loop. Roughly 58,000 lines of Python behind a 52,000-line offline test suite (private repo; excerpt on request).
